Chapter 1: Redefining Workspaces

This year, our focus is on transforming how public and private institutions view and implement workplace gender policies. Our goal is to develop holistic, inclusive, and legally robust recommendations that acknowledge gender realities beyond the binary, address the often-ignored issues of male sexual harassment, and promote truly safe, equitable environments.

By the end of 2025, we will publish an Annual Policy Report, a carefully researched document with actionable suggestions. This report will be shared with government ministries, corporate leaders, academic experts, and civil society organisations to encourage structural reform and meaningful implementation.
